The company either had to do a reverse split to get the price high enough to make good on their Paradigm deal, or they had to authorize a ton of shares to give to Paradigm because the pps wasn't high enough to give them what they agreed upon. I think the F/S is just a mask to cover that issue and has been spun into a positive event that is supposed to take the place of the preferred dividend that they never delivered on.

Do you kinda get the idea why I posted that I would buy in
2-3 days after the 5-1 split AMNE.

Sometimes the best time to buy in is not at the bottom.

Those better than I.. bought low, sold on the run and were smart enough to wait for a comfortable re-entry point. I think they are still waiting?

..to many questions. I do think they are trying to make money off "us" for "their" Company. Yes, a real Company.

Agreed, but if they don't go thru with the split now, it wouldn't be good for their credibility...I think they will.
