Yes, I believe he had the product rights. So PDGT shareholders will most likely be getting a "new" product or service merged into this ticker.

He is not the product owner but one of the orchestrators of the PDGT scam, imo so it is no "bad luck" or "poor judgement" on his part to hook-up with a "promoter" w/ SEC charges, just another way to soak more $$$ out of some new poor su<kers. He is one of the former "CEOs"
