Nothing to file as they are unregistered shares!! PR said they would be released on a restricted basis! That could mean anything. The volumes went way up around the time the shares were discovered. Anyway people can believe what they want. I know that nobody here will EVER here that the OS count is back to 1.69 billion if Jared ever let's the TA give the count again. I don't look for that to happen anytime soon either.
