IMHO it definitely IS, but let's not assume it's a POS, just because it WAS in the past and was also associated with one of the biggest scams in stock market history. Let's look to the future, which appears, at this point, bleak. And no information that I have seen PR'ed or posted by their paid promoter/IRP has even come close to convincing me there is anything worth "investing" in here. Even the "positive" posts just say "I think this looks good." or "They have cleaned up their past." or "Hmm... I think they [insert any guess about future plans, whether real or imaginary]". Mostly those that are "excited" have EACH basically stated they are only looking to make money, regardless of who loses it.
