biggerstaff, I just got off the phone with Jim Daily with the SEC and they do not comment on whether or not a company is in any kind of an investigation other than through the list that is displayed on the Reports of Investigations page http://www.sec.gov/litigation/investreports.shtml . However, if I called and put in a complaint and upon further investigation the SEC determined that is in fact worthy of a follow up call, they would indeed call me back to ask further questions. If such a call takes place they still are forbidden by policy to tell me anything about the findings or progress of the matter until it is officially reported.
