The cost basis for the IP would be very expensive, if even possible. Dean's technology would be far too expensive to duplicate, plus, this IP is not limited to the medical field only.

This technology will change the medical diagnostic world, IMO. I doubt anybody will be able to buy IMGG for only 500M, IF we get FDA approval and the production has started. Our first deals will alert the financial world, that this product is a real winner....
