I'm inclined to believe that Kaitrade is a subsidiary of Spooz, or Spooz and/or officers have an interest in Kaitrade, which is why I've been trying to definitely answer the question by attempting to locate the govenmental record for Kaitrade. At this point, I've even wondered if Kaitrade LLC isn't the real name, but the assumed name... whereby

Company "X" is doing business as, Kaitrade LLC

LaSalle I think belongs to Mr Dennis, based on tracing the domain name down. The software may be a Spooz stand along product, and he is acting as a reseller. The software is similiar to Fractal Finance.

I've maintained that Spooz licensed Spooztools to Kaitrade for a 30% cut of gross revenues.

The question is, has the product evolved to the point that Spooztoolz is no longer proprietary after Kaitrade got done with it.
