I just returned to the AIM community a couple of months ago after being gone for a couple of years (the wrong couple of years, I might add).

I agree with the assessment of A.I. It works great, and does anything that I need. Mark Hing is very responsive whenever I have had a problem.

My only criticism of it is that it is a bit heavy-handed with the registration. I've had several bugs when I update it, and it thinks my updated version is the 10-day trial version, continues to nag me, then shuts off. Similarly, the import-export function didn't work for me when I wanted to port it to another computer. However, my emails were answered in a very timely manner and the problems were always taken care of quickly.

My copy of the program will not open if I don't have an internet connection. It apparently wants to "phone home" to validate the copy each time it is opened. I travel a lot, and wish I could get closing prices by phone and manually update when I don't have the internet. But anymore, this happens rarely. Maybe this is just a problem with my copy, I don't know. However, I understand that Mark needs to protect his investment.
