CMKX: Bo you do not sound like a broken record at all. It is frustrating to me that most cannot see the potential here and think so small. That is one big oreo and yes still 108. Thanks for bringing this very important bit of info to the board.

I will go a bit further and lets just for small time sake say we have a total value of 250bil and an O/S of 250bil in float. We still have what a .50 pps. Food for thought all,
now try cutting that figure 75% still gives you a .125 pps.
hmmmm and debeers valuation 40 to 80 Billion on their small chunk of land compared to us!!!!! Time for all to get real and this is not to mention the naked shorting or any other minerals except diamonds

Excellent post and it echoes

my only concern with Dr. D's post as well. I was also not sure that a grade of .5cpt was attainable, given what we have seen in the area.

One nit to pick though. Shore and DeBeers are using substantially different methods in bulk sampling their deposits. DB is indeed using large bore holes but Shore has opted to target the lateral drifts and dykes for their sample so they sunk a shaft big enough for a lift and a couple of guys and are sampling, primarily, laterally.

That is why the big shift in results from the first few samples from the Star. The first few were from predomintantly vertical samples but once they concentrated on lateral drifts, the grade improved significantly.

Good link. Long and dry but well worth the watch:
