Right, I think I've been misinterpreting. When is the end of this quarter? Is it June 30th? Meaning according to their PR they still gave themselves this month to file the 10K. For some reason I thought they had promised to file it by the end of May so i was wondering where it was. So...that's awesome. June 30th is the new deadline. right?
