no, but the deal of the sell of assets is with with wheelman (money will be there plus whatever money thy get from the release of the now it's been out for 10 weeks in store already.

I hopeful for a buyout.
if not there have a good chance to get out of chapter 11

better early than later.

the court decides this week and with in 30 day something will happen.
