and most of all a 'theme Park

gotta love the Vertigo's promoters(The Benavides Family) starting up some company in 2009 called
"Gutmen Investments" in order to loan each other money
but.....
what would happen if they issued a press release or 2 that stated
" Gutmen Investments " was going to loan VTPK 75 million dollars
