This is a very interesting interview. That 15 million still hasn't been placed with MDOR . Chad and Joe will have to explain this one. Surely they didn't PR and 8k [ albeit incomplete ] the financing as a "pump"

If the SEC has contacted MDOR in any way- the company has to pr it and at minimum release an 8k explaining it.
