Agree. Any interested party would purchase to continue aspects of the business as a going concern, accretive to their business. Picking up $7B of losses to offset future income is certainly attractive if the overall ROI of the purchase makes sense. Kind of like a second marriage, picking up her three kids...more deductions on your taxes.
