This is all so reminiscent of the late '70's: a proliferation of "How To Survive the Coming Crash" books, advice to move to an underground shelter, stockpile water and food, buy gold and open a Swiss bank account (I did two of the above and nothing happened anyway, except for gold going to over $800/oz; the Swiss bank account paid almost no interest and over the longhaul wasn't worth the effort unless one had megabucks). Maybe this time is different???????????????
