I believe the 5/22 date was only for the vote.

any shares you own at the time of the buyout(if it actually happens) no matter when you bot them will be bot out at .57/sh.

the buying company is buying the entire OS at .57/sh. any shares you buy will be part of the OS

That was just a cut-off date to vote for the buyout with the shares you have at that time. All shares you own at the time of the buyout date should get .57 per share if the majority vote is yes and I do believe the majority will vote yes.
