porscha: Re: ...it was recently reported in a filing that NV management have declined to take their salaries over the past few months...

Please cite the filing. I do not recall seeing anything of the sort in a filing. I recall that it was posted here, but we all now know that a lot of disinformation about what "management" said was posted here.

...but this isn't the first time they have done this and for the most part they have done this without any publicity nor fanfare.

You are, no doubt, referring to the announced "salary cuts" where Ketch "cut" his salary from $250,000.00 to $268,000.00. It's all in the filing. The only explanation that I have heard for the so-called "salary cut" that was actually increased was that the increase was due to deferred salary from a previous year. I clearly showed that the SEC requires that all salary, deferred or not, must be reported in the year in which it was "earned". Even so, the faithful have chosen to disregard that fact and continue to believe that they actually cut salaries.

It is a simple, verifiable fact that in the year that Ketch publicly stated that he was taking a salary cut, his salary increased by $18,000.00.

...it also seems they have dismissed their san diego employees and closed that office. this is certainly a cost cutting measure...

I admire your ability to take the fact that the company has closed its doors and spin it into something positive.

Since DC wanted a reply so bad I can't let him down.

it was recently reported in a filing that NV management have declined to take their salaries over the past few months, something almost everyone has been calling for for sometime.

What filing and page # was that?
I thought I remembered hearing that but it came from phone call.
In past they said they were taking reductions only to find out it wasn't true.
I think one can certainly understand why one has doubts now.
Also when you have funds going through TSP money can change hands quite well without disclosure.

it also seems they have dismissed their san diego employees and closed that office. this is certainly a cost cutting measure and something they said they would do when they first announced the move to portland. but somehow this move has been twisted into a negative and if you listened to what you read up here the first step in the total demise of the entire company. the company tells their investors they are going to do something, they do it, and then it becomes a negative instead of a positive.

They have? I've only heard this through emails. PM's.
Then I and others reported these rumors to board.

Is not the closing of that office and letting go of employees considered a material event?

Is it not something investors should have that info in regards to keeping their investment or investing in the company?

If what you report is straight from the company why haven't they released that news in PR?

Where is new office if that news is more than a rumor?

then we have an " officer " of the company, obviously brad or ray, that has put up their own personal collateral to secure the company a line of credit.

How many times has the good faith effort been made only to find out shares bought were actually not money out of pocket.

A line of credit is nothing until it is used.

The court procedings as I stated yesterday now will force NV's hand.

BK is rediculous.
People need to see what other OTC companies do to stay alive. No reason to BK.

Very well put porscha. I agree 100%. I don't post often but follow the board periodically nearly every day. It is nice to have a few level headed individuals to counterbalance the ongoing voices of frustration always present on this board. I always look forward to your posts.
