Since there will be enough bashing today I just wanted to give out some information that will DEDUNK some comments that I have seen in the past. Holders look at this today. Some bashers have said.

1. "You can not short a pinksheet stock". Here is proof otherwise.

Click on short interest and you will see pgyc has been shorted 170,003 shares on Jan 15th 2009(on scottrade the volume that day was 2,230,500) for aproximately 8% of shares were shorted. On March 31, 2009 405,971 shares were shorted(this was the day after the stock went to .10, volume that day was 16,955,200. I really wish I would have paid better attention on the days with over 20,000,000 in volume to really see the level of shorting to cause panick selling, so when we get another big run look at this site to see how much shorting is going on that day. If there is a lot of shorting if we all hold we will "squeeze" them.

2. "Maramara Motorlu Araclar looks like a run down gas station".

I am not tech savy enough to paste this on here but last night I downloaded google earth chrome and typed in Maramara Motorlu Araclar (tab) Istanbul, Turkey. Many little places come up, but if you choose letter A it will show a mamoth warehouse approximately 20 semitruck trailers long and 10 semitruck trailers wide. This is about four times the surface area of a football field. Plenty of room to house 10's of thousands of H2O Oxygenators. With all the other little locations that came up....I envision they work like a NAPA parts store distributorship.

3. "PGYC faked websites" We know someone faked them, the question is who????

In this pr the CEO of Alcoses is taking resposibility.

"Mr.Ahmed Alcoses, president and CEO of Alcoses Group, re-affirmed in a statement that he continues to support the all cash stock purchase offer and apologizes for the confusion brought by statements posted on their website and or that of their subsidiaries which may have been misleading to shareholders."

If Ahmed Alcoses does not exist Tony will go to JAIL in a matter of time. I don't think Tony would hang the family Jewels out their if they might get cut off". JMHO


If proxies come by next Wednesday I will flood this board with much more.
