Welcome Sir. Nice entrance. In all honesty I have no earthly idea what the float is. A/S 500 mil, last O/S was 151 mil, however there were 18 mil issued to OTC reporter or something like that and we believe those have been disposed of. All of this I'm sure you already know so not much help. Would like to see you drive a few Nails into this with that Hammer though. Once again welcome and GLTY.

HAMMER TIME lol there was a filing on 5/18 showing 151mill O/S as of 12/31/08 guess it has not change and the way this moves I think its pretty close......the only reason this has not moved there was a Promoter with 18mill free shares looks like he sold the remaining shares yesterday so this should be good to go imo.....i have been buying .0028-.003 and glad to be in at this range should move soon.

HAMMER I saw 8.9M at the Pinksheets site but that was from a few years back...it reacts like a small float i believe
