Why? If a retail seller can put his shares up for sale, and have them bought by someone, why can't the company put shares up for sale, and have them bought by someone? I do not understand the reasoning behind the concept "can't have dilution without a bid".

So it looks like IMGW was not buying or selling shares yesterday as CEO Paul had no idea what happened yesterday with all the volume. Could have been MM's swapping or moving shares causing the huge volume early on and then people just got exited seeing a volume pop and they then joined in with the extra buying.

R/S is probably still going to happen as the O/S is too high, if they want to attract new investors and new money O/S needs to go down.

From poster Treo yesterday.

FROM PAUL: ABSOLUTELY NO DILUTION/CONVERSION IN OVER A MONTH!!!

I asked Paul earlier if there was any dilution or converting going on today.

His exact reply was:

WE HAVE NOT CONVERTED/ISSUED A SINGLE SHARE FOR ANYONE IN OVER A MONTH. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TODAY! IT HAD TO BE PEOPLE THAT ALREADY OWNED THE STOCK BECAUSE NOTHING NEW WAS ISSUED.
