Just a couple things quickly if I may;
1. Was Belmont Partners the company that was responsible for handing over the EESO Shell to Jared? what were the terms initially of the deal? Yes. don't have initial terms with me here. I'll look into that; all in all, based on what I do know, it's a frivolous allegation.
2. How many shares were they initially given for this deal? If you cannot comment on specifics was it 500 million or more shares? Sorry, this is confidential as of now.
3. Does Jared have any comment on the hostile and potentially illegal move that Belmont Partners has made with this issue? Yes - commented tonight via press wire.
4. Will Jared be available for another quick update on Investmentnation regarding these accusations? I'm sure you've seen the Pr by now.
5. What is the amount of shares they (Belmont) are looking for... is it only 10 to 15 million shares? I will clarify this tomorrow.
6. Will this affect the buyout talks right now? IE: Will the buyer take issue with any pending lawsuit? will not affect buyout talks. Buyer is aware of situation.
7. Will we hear about the buyout this week for sure? Meaning, will we have a definitive yes or no as you inferred last week by this Friday? Yes. No definitive decision is promised, but details regarding buyer name, etc. will be released at very least
8. Is there more than 1 buyer? You indicated "Buyer(s) in your last email to me... Can't comment on this just yet...
9. If there is more than one potential suitor will we know about all of them this week? Can't comment on this just yet.
