I hear you dare, but there were a lot less common shares issued and outstanding back then. At current levels (common shares outstanding), the company would need to have a serious bottom-line/market cap (long-term) to ascend back to any of the levels you noted. A decent run to .0005 - .001 is possible in the near-term, however.
