That would be one hell of a message to send to the market...that the gov't can just do what it wants and to hell with the shareholders. I don't even see that happening in China anymore. I really don't expect our Judicial System to put the nails in the coffin on capitalism for the benefits of a few. IF that happens I'll move back to China!
