"why does the PPS keep rising?? "
What are you talking about? Did you just get in a day or two ago? Most people have been holding long term and are 70,80,90% down. If you are flipping and hit some of these opportunities, good for you. If you have been holding, the stock HAS NOT been going up. It really is simple math, and you know if you are making money or not. If you are an active trader and killing the market, good for you. If you have been long, like some of us, the overall investment sucks up to this point. But they all don't go well.
You can look at 01/23 and say the pps has been cut in half, or you can look at 04/14 and say it's gone wild. It's up to you, and what makes you feel good. I look at it at as less than a penny and a half after all that has been promised and after 3 years of waiting. And during that period, my friend, the stock has gone down not up. But oh well.
