thats how simple the plan has been for years.

I'm sure there is a plan with additonal financing,
since I don't think they would have otherwise done
a reverse split.

Whether it will be good for current investors, only
time will tell??

So far Cox's track record has been awful including
the previous company he was a ceo at.
