I'm sorry but when you are a CEO with a huge potential gain in front of you being "tired" is not an option for screwing up. An experienced CEO knows how to fight through being tired. Additionally if he was that tired then both of the Marks had a responsibility to get information together and ready for Jared to have for the CC. Many dropped the ball here and it's likely to take a great deal to repair the damage.
