Thanks for getting back to me but here's the way I see it...
SEC didn't shut IHub down because this investigation and surveillance is ongoing. Do you really think for one minute that these latest charges are the end or the sum total of their investigation? This is just the beginning and you are grossly underestimating the repercussions of your employee's actions.
You also didn't mention the innocent investors who came to Ihub in good faith that were harvested by Matt/Ihub and lost all their growth potential.
Maybe this incident won't hurt the growth of ADVFN but the expense of keeping IHub around could prove to be very costly.
Regarding your investment: I think lawsuits against iHub are likely, at least from those who lost money on stocks named by the SEC. And probably from anyone who wants to make a case iHub management was complicit in a message board pump. ADVFN may end up writing some large checks.
