I have to admit it's worrisome to me when 210,000 shares of buying doesn't move the ask at all, and then when someone wants to sell 15,000 shares, it knocks the bid down to $.008. That's not healthy trading, and I wish I understood the dynamics of it.

It doesn't look like it has much of a trading history and just up until recently it's still looks sporadic. I think most pennies trade this way until interest comes in. IMO
