Just curious,,,how are they convinced the offer is legit? When you contact the named buyer, they have never heard of PGYC. Can you tell me what they incovered to arrive at that conclusion?

PGYC can never lose control of PGYC. All they have to do is issue more shares. They dont need anybody's permission to up the A/S to 10 billion if they want.
