I think that is a horrible excuse for trying to buy cheaper shares.

Show me why the market cap is to high, In fact for what MMRIS does it has a very low market cap when compared to its peers.

If you do research on the management team as well as the sector we are in , you will also find that its a very high growth and aggressive market.

In fact it will remain a very aggressive market for the next 5 years if not more.

The EHR and PHR market is huge and when you tie the two principles together, which is what MMRIS is doing via the PHR and MMR pro, you come up with a very unique product.

A product that MUST be implemented by all doctors and hospitals.

The above statement alone, greatens the odds that as time passes, the odds for even greater success will improve.

Which brings me to the next point of , subscritions are low.

Of course they are low, we are giving them away to market the product!!!!!!!!!!

We are in a very aggressive stage right now, where branding and educating people about "what is a PHR and an EHR is crucial to the buisness model's success.

An initiative that Robewrt Lorsch is taking personal and IMO has done a great job of getting the word out on PHR'S and the role that MMRIS will play.

IMO the market cap is to low if you look forward, a practice that used to be used commonly when looking at the pps of a stock.

Based on what we know is fact about the industry and sector that MMRF is in and the anticipated growth of that sector, I would say that the norm would be to see increased growth and interest.

Especially for a smaller company that is making a very big footprint with industry firsts such as million dollar insurance on its products.

I believe deciding the value of MMRIS by present market cap would be a huge mistake, IF you are in the medical device profession , you know that to be true, even in Canada.

Which is another point , in that MMRIS is also targeting a world market.

Bottom line is and IMO that the potential along with the factual data of the market more than merits the current market cap IMO.

I personally see the continued growth and success of this company going forward, to be outstanding with very little resistance going forward.(JMHO)
