It seems that you know alot about his dealings. Why can't you simply supply some of his success as an officer.

I don't want to hear about how many companies he is the CEO of. That stat means nothing to me. It's the same as producing children. Any male can generate offspring. It takes a special person to raise and father a child. I want to know what he has done with those companies. Why are they trading for less than a cent.

You'd have to nuts to invest in any penny stock. Most are just scams or some shell company game. Yes, the shell has value with no Idea.

Humphries will just release more shares to cover his cost of acquiring the company.
