Sure does make a big difference...
but you will have some of the 3 month compiles and you will have some of the 2 week compiles. It is not like there is just one bug, or just one person working on it. You can not fire off a new 2 week compile every day... and usually when you are running one of the two week compiles, it delays all your other results a little bit. You can also imagine, using this analogy, that the very first time you compile is going to take some time and there will probably be issues. Later on it is going to be faster and smoother.
