Good DD capgain....I was just looking at the chart...But the PPS since the S-8 filing has gone up slightly.
Perhaps not all S-8's are a bad thing..At least the company is selling the shares on the open market instead of cutting some backroom deal for a PP at a 50% discount like the management at GSPG did.

AdSouth Partners Projects a Record 513% Increase in Revenues for the 2nd Quarter
BOCA RATON, Fla., May 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- AdSouth Partners, Inc. (ADPR) is pleased to announce that for the months of April and May our revenues are expected to exceed $1,500,000. Additionally, we have a current backlog for our DermaFreshTM product line that is anticipated to generate an additional $172,500 in revenues.
