My opinion is the issue with the authorized increase is there has to be enough shares if the preferred would convert, even though that will not happen, but that is usually in the corporate bylaws. There is no other reason and no great plot, relax and enjoy the run.

Moneyearl me to but I started Jan 08 at 1.5. Now because we could by low going to make a lot of money with move to NASDAQ. As I said growing results would make us a lot and low share price until then means more shares. For longs being able to buy cheap as they built results. I find that a major positive if long. On others timing it in and out hope they did well. I had very little risk making a lot with investing long here.

Other can have the timing play no need to for me.
