Spleef, Dean will not release any PRS until after the RS. He'll need to increase volume, in order to raise money with dilution. Remember, Onev's daily volume will drop from 2 million "per-day" to below 200K. That's not a recipe for toxic-lending success.

the Delhi link is active now and subscribers can start signing up..However..MTNL has not started promoting the service yet..Onev is working with MTNL on a four month advertising campaign right now..When that is over a new advertising campaign will start...veno
