From the PR could Dow be one of the companies
that did not want to be identified, This put Jared
in a spot whem he said it was a large US company?

Bo & Su Lee, in association with Han Bool Co., LTD, and a conglomerate of additional companies in Southeast Asia which have requested within the collective agreement to remain anonymous at this time.

They say a conglomerate of companies in SE Asia not
from SE Asia

You cannot be sincere,Korea or any other governmet is not going to spend 12 mllion dollars over a year on one test, which is what we are talking about(read the PR).Well,I do believe what Jared says, because he hasnt given me a reason not to believe him.The first offer was not entirely from the Lees>>>FORT WAYNE, IN, May 15, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO Jared Hochstedler has been granted permission from prospective buyers to release pertinent information in regards to their offer.

This announcement is to summarize and confirm that the original buyout offer was negotiated by LMPC (Loss Prevention Management & Consulting corp.) CEO, Craig Douglass, acting as independent consultant on behalf of private acquisitions partners, Bo & Su Lee, in association with Han Bool Co., LTD, and a conglomerate of additional companies in Southeast Asia which have requested within the collective agreement to remain anonymous at this time......As you can see there is more to it than the Lees,so there is the possibility of a large company being involved.I know it may sound like a way to sidestep telling us more, but, thats not enough to say it isnt true. No,I wont give out a number, because I wont believe what someone tells me over the telephone,to be necessarily factual information, besides,I use my own sources to verify or answer questions I may have.My last post for today,Tuesday may be a make or break it day!

I've done a lot of gov't contracting. They dont do as much as you say. I know they have very specific contracting processes, but its not always followed. The biggest issues are around licensing, insurance and the company's resume.
