Nope - I use a combination of a 1 minute and 5 minute chart...

How do you eat or go to the bathroom?
I chew real fast and I sprint haha

If I make 10 trades in a session I consider it a lot, but I am watching different time frames... and usually trade multi-day periods...
We all have our different strategies, but if it works, don't fix it :-)
