It's anyone's guess what's going on with all this volume and the lack of price movement, but the video could have been scheduled for the end of the month so as to allow time to straighten things out. BW may have found there are many extra shares over the listed AS and is threatening legal action against those selling the shares unless they buy them up. He might also be buying them up himself..not as a 'buyback', which he has stated he would look at in the future, but just as a way to bring the OS in line with the AS before legally pursuing the people dumping illegal shares.

Remember he said he had a 'target date' for the SS video of May 29th, which is not actually promising a delivery date, though I would tend to trust what he says based on past performance. He has also basically said that he won't give out 'news' until it's happened, which says to me that he wouldn't want to talk about his plans to straighten out the SS until he's already gotten it done. There's a major difference between saying there's a problem and you plan to fix it (and dealing with pushy shareholders trying to micromanage everything while you're doing it) and already having things done before telling shareholders about the results. One means saying you haven't done anything yet..the other means you have taken care of everything.

At any rate, 5/29 is less than a week away.

LMFAO, man, I have read your posts and you were so positive, then yesterday you were freaking out Viking, and now you are pro BBDA again, lol. I think that Brian needs to come out with a Bi Polar Koma for all of his shareholders, lol. I can't blame you for the frustration! I feel it too but I'm here to tell you that I feel that your patience will be rewarded.

They will buy them back alright, after a massive reverse split in which the shareprice stays the same, but the shares you own declines.

Then after they sell extra shares to make a profit in which to conduct business, then after this dilution and money raising event, then they may buy back some shares once the company makes a profit off of whatever venture turns successful, it might not even be the water or the drinks, but something else down the road. Of course you wont as a shareholder get a dividend, but like reading a novel will instead be entertained by watching the weekly Bebida news, which may dry up in times of better or more realistic values.
