Why waste money on audited finacials when you could be putting that money back into your business to help grow it when you are a start up company? Although most never do it...some do.

But I think the (some) of the smaller ones want to be able to some day....Perhaps this stimulus package will help the smaller business. Still think the SEC needs to check out some of these companies a little more before they go public though.

If you cant afford audited financials, you shouldnt be a public company...PERIOD.

I think it should be mandatory for all pinky CEO's to actually exist. You know, living, breathing humans?
