There is no material information. The company is gone, such that it ever was. And he has no intention whatsoever to ever revive it or merge into it or have anything further to do with it. He just wants to forget about it and go on with his life. Period.
The only facet of the "stock" we have ever discussed is the unbelievable denial of remaining shareholders who cannot bring themselves to come to grips with the fact that it's over, done, fini.
