Venture Capital Companies Don't take Stock on Par value, they need a gross profit built in. They have a business and they put a lot into weeding through companies before they find one that will meet their standards.
You need to learn such things unless you want to get shaken out of good companies with the rest of the freaky chaff, while the smart investors take info for what it is, stick though the knee jerk panic, and make the money you gave up.
I bought this like crazy yesterday on the dip, you go ahead and sell off cheap and I'll get some of yours too. I can use the $$ ; )
