I did not follow this stock lately.... Breezin maybe you can ask them how they got new o/s 1 156 300 612 as of March 31. They have also updated pinksheets company info page.

Is reporting someone,or not reporting if they say Haorizi is part of GLCC,how o/s can be reduced so much?????

As you know, they now have a licensing model and are in the process of changing their accounting accordingly. Therefore, Note 7 was inserted to denote the transitionary phase.

I hope you con't actaully believe that!! There's a reason they are no longer reporting. My best guess is that they broke any and all ties with Miro and his crew.

Sounds to me they are making ready for the spinn-off. Thus we have a divi comming from that new company. ALL IS WELL from where I see it. GLCC has made progress steady for a year now. The 'short' trading and conflicts early has had a negitive effect on the PPS. That is behind us I think. I see a strong 2009 for shareholders. Regards,CaptD.
