Any idea as to how many preferred shares C remain?

How are preferred shares being counted, as restricted shares?

Any idea as for the different restricted share structure and when they can be dumped?

Thanks for keeping things up to date Nuk! There's been a lot of changes over the past few months to both companies, as they try to find a way to move forward.

I have to look into some things here myself but I'll let you all know what I find out.
