In all seriousness, it would be nice to see a study on the performance of stocks that pop large on holiday trading days. I have a guess as to what the result will be, but it would be good to have hard data.
Now what will really be funny is if NEPH is at 50 cents on Tuesday :)
I was visiting some local businesses this morning to hand out flyers for a Crutch Donation Drive at our church benefitting an Army Special Forces Medical Unit that made a request for 500 pairs of crutches to our Knights of Columbus Council before they ship out from Fort Bragg to Southern Afghanistan in July.
I stopped at my local lawn mower repair shop to ask them to post the flyer and there was two store employees and zero customers at 10 AM. Grass is growing 1-2" a week now and no one is at the lawn mower shop on SAT. More people are just letting it grow longer and mowing less often.
Now back to my shameless pitch for donated crutches since it's official that IHUB is a website to tout things.
If people on the thread live in Central NJ and they have an used set of crutches they can call their local volunteer rescue squads to see if they accept crutches because our council is going to be calling them in next two weeks asking for any excess crutches they may have. I am also working on getting most Catholic Churches in my diocese to run a crutch donation drive drive on June 7.
