#194854 RE: spoonman #194818

You're welcome Spoonman, I don't think I had anything to do with anyone smiling today, but it's been nice to have the room full again with some lively chatter and some action. The company isn't dead, that's the key and I'm glad there are a few that believe. It's time for us all to rally together.

Swift, Burg and Oniyide have run it into the ground, it's time to get rid of them all and move Xechem forward. We need to get the creditors committee to realize that everything Xechem is telling them is false and it's time for them to stop trying to cover up their obvious inability to run the company by blaming others. Swift and Oniyide didn't do what they were suppose to and they lost the license to Nicosan and to try to shift attention from their major screw up they file a $25 million breach of contract lawsuit. There's a good move, sue a Nigerian Government agency, one of it's Minister's and the DG of that agency because you couldn't get your act together over a period of three months. Let's see, bankrupt company with no money vs. Nigerian Government backed by oil revenue. Hmmm... Good plan.
