Keith, Keith, Keith, ... Don't be an idiot. Go look at the redacted indictment (Document 3) in the Delaware criminal case against Matt.

Then come back and tell us all if the indictment says that the PR was false. That allegation is in another paragraph.

But, wasn't what I posted enough to tell you that the PR was set up by P.M. and Matt - and was totally false.

For each stock manipulated there is a statement of overt acts and each is quite similar. All are conformed by AOL messages. All the PRs mentioned were alleged to be false.

You really should read the indictment. It was hard reading because it shook my faith in Matt. ... eom
