so I suppose I'm just considering some of the things I did at that age, and how reckless I was at times. I'm not saying I was involved in anything like these allegations. I am saying that it's easy at that age to be manipulated, being told what a hot-shot you are, especially with a measure of success, one can feel they're invincible and smarter than the average bear.
I doubt Matt will be back here, even if he's proven innocent.

Is it the right thing to do to cooperate at the expense of your associates to receive a shorter sentence? I personally believe that the state should have to prove its case, and that people should take personal responsibility if they choose. Personal responsibility is making your own decisions, not making them for your codefendants.
