y2kate: I long ago stopped giving individual stock advice or reads if you will. I preferred over the years to share how I made my decisions and thus provide readers a rod and reel to do their own fishing.

Since I am not trading POT currently and it is barely on my radar screen, I spruced up my chart yesterday, just for you...gg

I'd say the ideal time to get short POT was at yesterday's high and the next ideal time was at today's high. POT looks to be setting up for a very tradable retrace of recent gains, with the 2/9/09 pivot high one of the prominent targets that should be highlighted on your trading charts.
