Hi Bass, there are a few things here i see... some are internally generated, some are externally generated... but imo what i see is firm value catalysts, not just stock catalysts.. the "gold rush" in this country is obviously pushing the stock catalyst side which is affecting many mining/exploration companys... but what SLGLF has done in the verey close present is obtain multiple accredited equity investors (in the millions $) which in this moment in time is VERY hard to aquire, unless as a company, you have positve cash flow or have something sweet on the horizon... with all this said coupled with the "every dog has its day" I do believe SLGLF is going to be up running with the big dogs very soon

the O/S is 1B, but i dont think they will do any kind of R/S because most companys do a R/S to obtain financing (there PPS is supposed to be above a certain amount to qualify on paper in lenders eyes, etc. etc.).... BUT here is the kicker, SLGLF has already obtained ALL needed financing so a R/S is highly unlikely, No merger or any kind or aquistion is possible because on the line of credit note SLGLF would be in default, so i believe safty nets are in place and operations in 2009 are going to be great
