Probably same reason EVPH sometimes has a wide spread -- accumulation. everybody that really wants to buy is hitting the ask.. and there are just bid sitters out there in la-la land.
Could mean good things, but who knows. I haven't done any DD on ICRD. In the case of EVPH, Chart likes it plus it seems to have a viable business plan in the right market.
The wide spread is usually a result of low volume. The mm's don't want to take a chance of being caught with shares they can't unload or make a profit on. Sometimes you can get an order filled in the spread if you're patient.
